RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At GlamOnYou Resort Wear we want you to love your pieces. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return your order for a refund within 7 to 14 days of receiving.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and unwashed in packaging with all original tags attached. Products purchased from our retail stores must be returned to the store in which it was purchased. 

To submit a return please email [email protected] with your order number, the item/s you wish to return and the reason for your return. You will then be issued with a return order number and details of where to post your items too.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. . All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the items initially.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. All items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by GlamOnYou Resort Wear.

Any additional charges beyond our control, such as taxes and VAT, cannot be refunded. Also, you (the customer) will have to bear shipping costs related to the return of the product(s). We highly recommend returning the product(s) via an insured shipping service that allows the package to be tracked to guarantee delivery.

Refunds can take up to 10-14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

SALE ITEMS

We do not offer returns on sale items unless deemed faulty.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Returns that are damaged, show signs of wear or do not have their original tags attached will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item is faulty, please email [email protected] with the details and images of the fault. We will ask you to return the item and send us the proof of postage so we can also refund your delivery costs.

Where possible we will try and send a replacement item but this depends on availability, if the item is unavailable we will issue a full refund.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order at any time before we ship it to you. Once you receive the shipping confirmation, it will no longer be possible to cancel your order. After the cancellation is complete, you will receive a full refund credited to your original payment method. EXCHANGE

We are unable to process exchanges in our system at this time. You will need to go through the normal return process and purchase the item you prefer. Please contact us first to make sure we have the correct items in stock.
